a near fore coronet, star, and snip. She will be going into training
this spring. Foaled 08/20/2009.

When poor Pixie was about a year
old, we had a grouchy old horse
across the fence from her. She would
go up to the fence doing her mouthy
foal thing, showing her submission
but he would have none of it. He was
tall enough that he could reach over
the fence. He grabbed her ears and
bit them. The right ear is intact,
however the cartilage at the base is
broken and the ear bends forward.
The end of her left ear is gone, it
was bitten off. Poor Pixie!!
