HONORS
#20708528 - son of The Titleist and grandson of
He's Puttin' On The Ritz and
The Pushover, and 2016 World Grand Champion.
Undefeated in all the classes Honors was shown in from 2004
to 2009, this magnificent horse blew the doors off any
competitors he came up against. Had he not been shamefully
prevented from entering the World Grand Championship Stakes by show ring politics, this great horse may have
well been the first horse to win 'the roses' five years in a row. To date he has produced
544 awesome foals that are now starting to prove that he is
also an excellent breeding stallion, as his offspring
continue his winning ways in the ring. Presented here are a
sampling of the progeny that we have collected photos of, so
far. It is clearly evident that he passes on his outstanding
conformation, size, presence and wonderful gaits to his get. We may be
witnessing the new 'Horse Of The Century'.
So Honors has been busy in the
breeding barn. At the 2021 Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration,
Honors sired the Two Year Old World Grand Champion Broadway
Honors; the Three Year Old World Grand Champion Kobe 24; and
the Four Year Old World Grand Champion
Justified Honors, who also came back to win the 2021 World
Grand Championship. This makes
Justified Honors the first
horse sired by Honors to win the roses. We can expect to see
this pattern repeated again and again in the future.
