Hi!, My name is Shennon Wagle. My mom showed her walker "Drummer's Delight" when I was a young kid. We LIVED at the fair grounds. I'd seen The Pusher several times. One year while walking through the barns after a show, my friend Kendra and I stopped to see The Pusher. We were so excited when we were invited to sit on him for a brief moment. Both of us! I think we were around 10 years old. We're 37 now and that is a memory I will never forget. I was just showing my kids a picture of The Pusher and remembered that night. Somewhere I still have my red button with a black image of The Pusher that says Pushin' The Pusher. He was a big beautiful horse. Thanks for the memories and thanks for letting us sit on him!!!!

Thank you very much! Ringer Will be pleased to hear that! :) I am talking to you while looking at your awesome website that you have.  I love looking at the old timers, and looking at Ringer's relatives, like Merry Go Boy and Sun's Delight D and many more! My brother also adores you website. He loves your horses too, especially Bums Warrior! I think that is the horse you're holding in the picture! (He is a very beautiful horse!  My whole family says thank you for your advice. You have helped us a lot this year with our new TWH! We have owned other horses in the past but they were all racing horses! So Thanks again from my whole family. Your site and your emails have helped us a lot!

I have owned "Mountain Dark Shadow" (4/13/80) for seven years. My first TWH, I recently learned he is the son of 1980's World Champ "Ebony's Mountain Man".  Having owned thoroughbreds, this TWH is amazes me.  I'd like to know the history of this exceptionally kind mannered and regal gentleman.   He's retired now  but I often wonder why this very handsome horse has gone through life with only a knob for a tail. I would appreciate any information about him.

Mary: I tried to go to the Crowley farm link you have listed and can't. Could you check it out and see if it is me or the link, if it is me could you just paste a copy of the link into a reply. I would like to see if I could get a picture of Gen's Sadie Hawkins. Janet Frankly owned her and never took a picture. The mare passed away 18 months ago after giving birth to the little stud colt we just bought. So he is the last of her line. Her sire is Prides Generator. You have some nice pictures of him. I think Janet did also, but we new it wouldn't be that hard to get pictures of him so I am not sure if we asked. I think it is wonderful how you have set up your site so people could research the walking horse. I love to go back and see what the ancestors of our horses looked like. I will attach a picture of our little guy. I think Jim finally got him a nice gold palomino. He sure loved looking at the pictures of your Gold Rush. What a wonderful horse he sound like. Well I will let you go and chat later. Linda Bass

Hello Mary Ellen,
I was happy to see my horse up on the new Generator page.  He is the last black stallion listed.  Gen’s Black Eagle is still a stallion and is located in Aubrey, Texas.
Thank you for continually updating and bringing the TWH community the latest information. It is truly appreciated.

Comments: A friend has given me an English saddle which was used by a local showman for many years while he was showing Tennessee Walkers. I have found a stamp imprinted with the words " Perfection" on first line, Chas. T. Hulan , on the second line, and Wartrace, Tenn. on the third line. I have found on the web that there is a town in Tennessee called Wartrace and interestingly enough, it's home to the Tennessee Walker's breed. I would like to know if there was a tannery that manufactured these saddles, as this one is stamped 1160, presumably the number in a line manufactured. It is a nice saddle, I ride it most of the time and its a nineteen inch seat with no knee rolls, just a flap configured such as a dressage saddle. I would be interested in the history of this saddle should any of your readers have any information on Mr. Hulan or the saddle company and no, I have no desire to sell it. Thanks to all who may respond. Sincerely, Donna Minelli

Comments: I have had the privilege of owning a grandson of Ebony Masterpiece. He was 30 years old when he died. He taught me a lot in the 22 years I owned him. He is sadly and deeply missed by myself and family. Today I own a great, great grandson of Midnight Sun. I also own a QH mare but I will never give up the Walking Horse breed!

Comments: I just happened across your website and have spent the last 2 hours going thru it. I have really enjoyed the history, especially about Midnight Sun. I own Generator's Sonata, the 12 times world champion and 1990 lite shod World Grand Champion. She is going to be 25 in March 2007 and like Midnight Sun, looks 1/2 her age. She is sassy as ever and a joy to ride. She can still "show her stuff". I own her only living son and daughter "Our Star Spangled Banner" and Sonata's Gypsy Rose". Banner is the love of my life. I have heard so much about this website and am so glad I took the time to go thru it. Keep up the good work and someday I hope to meet you.

Comments: The past few days I have been spending hours a day pouring over your magnificent Ancestors Gallery. It is so amazing! I am very thankful someone has taken the time to put this piece of history together. I am from Oregon and am fortunate enough to be under the direction of Diane Gueck. Would you like some pictures for your gallery of some of the old horses from around here like three time plantation WGC Wonder Ladys Delight, 24 time WC, Supreme Versatility Champion and two time world super horse Magic's Pride and Joy? I could sit here and list them for hours. If you are interested let me know.

Comments: Love your site. I have a son of The Godfather and I have owned him since he was 9 years old. He is 22 now and has been my best friend. Really wish I could find pictures of The Godfather and another horse out of this bloodline. Sire was The Godfather X Dam Go Boys Miss Rose. Lots of fine horses here and a wonderful tour through the barn. Thanks, Richard
